Customer Care Agent (Bilingual - French or Mandarin)

Pay: $22/hour

Location: Onsite - Irvine, CA

Languages Required: English + French or Mandarin

About the Role

We are seeking a high-touch, white-glove Customer Care Agent to serve as the primary support contact for both customers and distributors. This role represents the brand's professionalism, warmth, and passion for skincare at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact across email, phone, and chat for product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
• Maintain full ownership of each support case from first contact to complete resolution
• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, not just end customers
• Translate marketing and product content for French or Mandarin-speaking audiences
• Partner closely with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams to address process improvements and recurring issues
• Deliver a "white-glove" service experience aligned with brand values: professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for skincare

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English + French or Mandarin
• Prior experience in customer support, call center environments, or distributor relations preferred
• Strong communication, empathy, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple systems, conversations, and case workflows simultaneously
• High degree of professionalism and comfort representing a luxury skincare brand
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday in Irvine, CA
